CONTRACTOR’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “QUEEN EMMA TOWER – SCREENS AND GUARDRAILS” project [HDCC Job No. 11612], located at 1301 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 (Tax Map Key: 401678 formerly 2-1-035:003) in accordance with its contract with The Queen’s Medical Center, Owner.
