WILFRED "FUMIO" HISASHI OKAZAWA Of Honolulu, retired from the State, left this world peacefully, age 85 on July 27, 2018 at Kuakini. His siblings are Jerry Y. Okazawa, Ester Y. Tengan and the late Ethel M. Gustafson. Born in Honolulu to the parents of the late Masashi (Matsuura) and the late Ayako Okazawa. Family private services were held on Aug. 28.
