Mieko Totoki, Deceased,
Estate of Mieko Totoki,
and Mieko Totoki 2007 Revocable Living Trust

Notice is hereby given that Mieko Totoki (“Decedent”) passed away on July 5, 2018. All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Mieko Totoki (“Estate”) or the Mieko Totoki 2007 Revocable Living Trust dated July 5, 2007 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Lianne Myers and Gordon T. Nihei, whose addresses are 5263 Oio Drive, Honolulu, HI 96821 and 98-1018 Nawele Street, Waipahu, HI 96797, respectively, are serving as co-trustees of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Lianne Myers and Gordon T. Nihei, as co-trustees of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
