Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560:3-801 and §560:3-803, all creditors of the above-named decedent, and of the decedent’s estate, including the trust known as the "Marian M. Yoshida Revocable Living Trust" dated December 22, 1989, as amended (the "Trust"), are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Michael A. Yoshida, successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address and telephone number are P. O.
