NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to HRS 560:3-801, all persons having a claim against the ESTATE OF EUNICE BOW SIM CHING, DECEASED, THE EUNICE B. S. CHING TRUST dated 07/08/1993 and THE CHING JOINT TRUST dated 07/08/1993 are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Carolyn S. H. Dennison and Jason R. S. T. Ching, c/o 1615 Ala Aolani Street, Honolulu, HI 96819 within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred.
