Hawaiian Community Development Board is soliciting Statement of Qualifications for the following services: 1) architectural & engineering (including civil, mechanical, electrical, landscape, structural, third party review services, soil testing, and surveying), 2) legal, 3) Uniform Relocation Act consultants, and 4) financial consultants for the development of a new 52-unit affordable multi-family project located in Maili on the island of Oahu. Applicants should have demonstrated experience and knowledge in the procedures and requirements for low-income housing tax credits, bond transactions, HUD, state of Hawaii and City & County of Honolulu funded projects. Qualified small and minority firms, firms owned by women, and Section 3 firms are encouraged to apply. Individuals or firms interested in this project are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications by August 10, 2018, 4:30 p.m. to Hawaiian Community Development Board (HCDB), 1188 Bishop Street Suite 907, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813.
