YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable JEANNETTE H. CASTAGNETTI, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813 on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said date upon Christopher Shea Goodwin, attorney for Defendant ASSOCIATION, whose address is 737 Bishop Street, Suite 1640, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
