FILED, an Application by Janelle Emalia Pohainaniokauanoe, whose address is 2105 St. Louis Drive, Honolulu HI. 96816, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters of Administration to said Janelle Emalia Pohainaniokauanoe.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal intestacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
