NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF JOHN T. MIZUNO, DECEASED, ESTATE OF JOHN T. MIZUNO, AND JOHN T. MIZUNO REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST

Notice is hereby given that JOHN T. MIZUNO (also known as John Tadashi Mizuno) (“Decedent”) passed away on July 18, 2017.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of John T. Mizuno (“Estate”) or the John T. Mizuno Revocable Living Trust dated June 17, 1993 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that BETSY T. MIZUNO, whose address is 19 Kilea Place, Wahiawa, Hawaii 96786, is serving as successor trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to BETSY T. MIZUNO, as successor trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
