YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff HILO FAMILY FARMS LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company, has filed a Complaint for Partition; Exhibit A; Summons (the “Complaint”) in the Third Circuit Court, under Civil No. 17-1-401, seeking partition of certain real property located in Kaumana, South Hilo, Island and County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, which land is identified by Tax Map Key No. (3) 2-5-002-003 and more fully described in the Complaint, and seeking an award of attorneys’ fees.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable HENRY T. NAKAMOTO, Judge of the Third Circuit Court, at Hale Kaulike, 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, on MONDAY, AUGUST 20, 2018, at 8:00 a.m., or to file an answer to the Complaint and to serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, ANDREW V. BEAMAN, whose address is c/o Chun Kerr LLP, a Limited Liability Law Partnership, 999 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
