Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, that the grading work (including erosion and dust control measures) and construction by RON’S CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, of site preparation and miscellaneous work, roadways, sidewalks and parking lots, storm drain system, sewer system, water system, underground electric, telephone, cable television and lighting systems, and all work appurtenant and incidental thereto covered by Contract No. 1612053 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc., for Meheula Vista II, situated at Mililani, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting a portion of Lot 16472-B (TMK: 9-5-002-060-0002) as shown on Land Court Map 1183 of Land Court Application 1000, have been completed.
