THE ESTATE OF EDNA JOSEPHINE MARTIN and the Successor Trustee of the EDNA J. MARTIN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, dated October 18, 1991, as amended. DATE OF DEATH: May 1, 2018. All creditors and interested parties of the above-named Estate and Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real property, to the LAW OFFICE OF IAN J.
