YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs CLIFFORD KANEAIAKALA, LYNETTE GILLESPIE, PHYLAMAE AYALA, JONETTE TAKETA, CARMELA VIGUE, NAOMI ANNINO-LUAT, SAMUEL IONA, RONALD IONA, WAYNE KANEAIAKALA, DARWIN KANEAIAKALA, GREGG KANEAIAKALA, PAULA KANEAIAKALA, JOANN KANEAIAKALA a.k.a. JOANN KAEA (“Plaintiffs”), have filed a First Amended Complaint to Quiet Title and Partition in the First Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, Civil No. 09-1-1656-07 (DEO), to determine all claims adverse to, and to establish, Plaintiffs’ fee simple title to, and partition the real property described as:
All of that certain piece of parcel of land known as LOT NUMBER TEN (10) of the “PAUOA VALLEY LOTS,” (File Plan No. 193), situated on the Southeast side of Booth Road, at Kewalo, Pauoa, Honolulu, Oahu; containing an area of 7,891 square feet, more or less; and designated by Tax Map Key: 1-2-2-011-038.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Dean E. Ochiai, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom located at 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813 on Tuesday, the 21st day of August, 2018, at 9:00 o’clock A.M. of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Richard Naiwieha Wurdeman, Esq., Attorney for Plaintiffs, whose address is Pauahi Tower, Suite 720, 1003 Bishop Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
