MELVIN "MEL" WADE JERVIS

60, of Honolulu, passed away peacefully at Home Hospice on May 5, 2018.
Predeceased by brother Albert Jervis and sister Jeanette Kolona. He is survived by his spouse Mike "Mikey" Terrelee Jervis; son, Shea (Heide) Jervis; step-daughter Chanel (Steven) Torres; brother, Gerard (Coleen) Jervis; grandson Nehemiah Jervis; granddaughter, Amethyst Kawakami and many nieces and nephews.
He was previously employed as a baker with Liberty House and Zippy’s, as a dispatcher with The Cab and at AT&T and the Honolulu Symphony. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him and loved him.
