YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff Haina Mill Mortgage Lender, LLC has filed a Complaint against you in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawaii, Civil No. 18-1-055, seeking to foreclose that certain Mortgage and Security Agreement dated December 4, 2014, and recorded in the State of Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances as Document No. A-54660443, covering GGR REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS, LLC’s fee simple interest in those certain parcels of land situate at Haina and Namoku, Hamakua, Island and County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, being Lots 9-A, 11-A, 18, 19, 20, and F, and as further identified by tax map key numbers (3) 4-5-002-061, (3) 4-5-002-063, (3) 4-5-002-070, (3) 4-5-002-071, (3) 4-5-002-072, and (3) 4-5-002-076.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Greg K. Nakamura, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii 96720 on the 9th day, August, 2018 at 8:00 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleadings with the court and serve it before said date upon Craig K. Shikuma, attorney for Plaintiff Haina Mill Mortgage Lender, LLC, whose address is 999 Bishop Street, Suite 2600, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813.
