NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF
JUDY YUEN YUNG LAM, DECEASED,
ESTATE OF JUDY YUEN YUNG LAM,
AND JUDY YUEN YUNG LAM DECLARATION OF TRUST

Notice is hereby given that JUDY YUEN YUNG LAM (“Decedent”) passed away on April 13, 2018.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Judy Yuen Yung Lam (“Estate”) or the Judy Yuen Yung Lam Declaration of Trust dated September 24, 1985 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that MAUREEN Y. SUZUKI, whose address is 2731 Omaopio Road, Kula, Hawaii 96790, is serving as successor trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to MAUREEN Y. SUZUKI, as successor trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
