JOAN E. KARASAKI, DECEASED and
JOAN E. KARASAKI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 24, 1991, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED
CHAD W. KARASAKI, Trustee of the Joan E. Karasaki Revocable Living Trust dated May 24, 1991, as amended and restated in its entirety on March 20, 2008 and on May 19, 2016, hereby provides notice of the death of JOAN E. KARASAKI, also known as Joan Etsuko Karasaki, on March 29, 2018, in Honolulu, Hawai’i.
Pursuant to Hawai’i Revised Statutes 560:3-801, all creditors of JOAN E. KARASAKI or the JOAN E. KARASAKI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 24, 1991, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to CHAD W. KARASAKI, Trustee, at 307 Hamakua Drive, Kailua, Hawai’i 96734, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
