NOTICE TO CREDITORS
OF THE ESTATE AND TRUST OF ICHIRO HAYAKAWA

All creditors of the above-named decedent, ICHIRO HAYAKAWA, and/or the trust created by him under a trust agreement dated May 14, 1987, as amended, and known as the Ichiro Hayakawa Revocable Living Trust, are hereby notified that Cynthia Takenaka and Ann Cole are the Successor Co-Trustees of the trust, whose address is c/o Miyasaki LLC, 733 Bishop Street, Ste. 2525, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, and that any and all claims that they have against the decedent and/or trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
