NOTICE TO CREDITORS

ESTATE AND TRUST OF SYDNEY TOYOKI FUJITA, also known as Sydney T. Fujita, Deceased.

All persons having a claim against the estate of SYDNEY TOYOKI FUJITA, also known as Sydney T. Fujita, or the Sydney T. Fujita Rev. Liv. Tr. u/a 10/9/1997, as amended, are hereby notified that GAIL S. F. KARLEN and JON S. FUJJITA, c/o 1434 Ihiloa Loop, Honolulu, HI 96821, are the Trustees of the Trust and the nominated Personal Representatives of the Estate of SYDNEY TOYOKI FUJITA.
Pursuant to H. R. S. §560:3-801, all creditors of the estate of the above-named decedent and/or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims and proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Trustees within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
