ESTATE OF WILLIAM WAYNE POWELL aka WILLIAM W. POWELL, Deceased, and in the MATTER OF THE WILLIAM POWELL LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 19, 2016
FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will & Testament of the above-named decedent who died on January 16, 2017, together with an Application by Malaea Frances Wetzel, whose address is c/o Bervar & Jones, 1100 Alakea Street, 20th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, praying for issuance of formal Letters to said Malaea Frances Wetzel.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under the William Powell Living Trust Agreement dated February 19, 2016 (‘Trust’), are hereby notified that Malaea Frances Wetzel is the Successor Trustee and shall be referred to as “Trustee” of the Trust, whose address is c/o Bervar & Jones, 1100 Alakea Street, 20th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
