Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Ms. Lehua Ah Sam, Director, Kohala Village LLC, Hawi, Hawaii has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) section 11-62-31.1(a)(2)(D).
Mr. Jim Pedersen, P.E., JPE, Kapaau, Hawaii is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the continued use of the three septic systems for Kohala Village LLC, located at
55-510 Hawi Road, Hawi, Hawaii, 96719, and TMK (3) 5-5-010: 021.
