The property described in the mortgage and subject to foreclosure sale is situate in the New Kahului Town Site, District of Wailuku, Island and County of Maui, State of Hawaii, having a TMK of (2) 3-8-027-050, and having the address of 69 Kaiemi Street, Kahului, Hawaii 96732.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the HONORABLE PETER T. CAHILL in his courtroom at Second Circuit Court, 2145 Main Street, Wailuku, Hawaii 96793 on July 18, 2018, at 8:15 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, KARYN A. DOI of LEU OKUDA & DOI, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, whose address is 222 Merchant Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
