Kobayashi, 1069 Makaiwa St., Honolulu, HI 96816, has been informally appointed as the Personal Representative of the decedent’s Estate. If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, he may file a petition for formal proceedings within forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to H.R.S. § 560:3-204.

Kobayashi, Trustee, same address above, are hereby notified to present their claims and proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the above Personal Representative within four months for the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
