Hi. 96813; TERMS: The leasehold property will be sold "as is" to the highest bidder with no upset price. Not less than ten percent (10%) of the highest successful bid price shall be deposited with the Commissioner immediately upon the close of bidding, by cash or certified check. Prior to bidding, each person must show his or her ability to pay the down payment. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid upon approval and confirmation of the sale by the Court.
