FELIBERTO “FELY” “BERT” SALACUP EDER

73, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away on April 28, 2018. He was born on August 22, 1944 in Barangay 14, Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He retired as a public servant after 27 years of service for the State of Hawaii’s Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.
Fely is survived by his wife, Nerie; children: Carolyn (Randy) Rivera, Clarence (Stacy) Eder and Charles (Tanya) Eder; grandchildren: Haley and Colin; sister, Victorina Acosta.
Celebration of Life services will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2018.
