NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF
KENNETH AKIO KOGA, DECEASED,
ESTATE OF KENNETH AKIO KOGA,
AND KENNETH A. KOGA REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST

Notice is hereby given that KENNETH AKIO KOGA (“Decedent”) passed away on March 30, 2018.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Kenneth Akio Koga (“Estate”) or the Kenneth A. Koga Revocable Living Trust dated July 30, 1998 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that INEZ N. KOGA, whose address is P.O. Box 132, Waialua, Hawaii 96791, is serving as trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to INEZ N. KOGA, as trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
