To: HERBERT RAPOZA, also known as Herbert Raposa; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ISAAC KAUWE; JOE RAPOSA; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF HERBERT RAPOZA, also known as Herbert Raposa; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOE RAPOSA; JOHN DOES 1-50; JANE DOES 1- 50; DOE CORPORATIONS, PARTNERSHIPS OR OTHER ENTITIES 1-50; and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, interest, or lien in the real property described below, adverse to Plaintiffs’ ownership and to all whom it may concern.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs NELSON KUNITAKE and APRIL Y.
M. YOSHIMOTO have filed a Complaint in Civil No. 17-1-146K to partition the property described as that certain parcel of land situate at Kahului, North Kona, Island and County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, being portion of Waiaha 1st to Puapuaa 2nd, containing an area of 10.50 acres, more or less, and designated as TMK (3) 7-5-015: 007, against you in the above entitled Court wherein they pray to partition and for a decree establishing the title ownership and partition of the said property, and such other and further relief as justice requires.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Presiding Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his or her courtroom, at 81-940 Haleki’i Street, Kealakekua, HI 96750, on Thursday, the 19th day of July, 2018, at 8:00 a.m. of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said date and time upon ALAN M. OKAMOTO, JEREL I. YAMAMOTO, or JAMES H. KUNIMURA, attorneys for Plaintiffs NELSON KUNITAKE and APRIL Y. M.
