CARMEN MARIE SINGSON Our dear mother, Carmen Marie Singson is now at the side of her beloved husband "Deacon-Papa Frank" Singson. She passed peacefully on April 22, 2018 at the age of 85. She was born on April 28, 1932 in Pu’unene, Maui. Her legacy continues through her children Clifford Nae’ole, Robyn Nae’ole, Rochelle Nae’ole (Derrick) Adams, Leihua Nae’ole, and Joseph (Gabrielle) Nae’ole, along with 20 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great- grandchild. She is also survived by her sisters Sylvia Jane Shiveley in California, Audrey Porter in Boston, and brothers Donald Ching and Thomas Reantaso of Oahu. "Honey" as she was called by her loved ones, brought much inspiration, love and courage to all that surrounded her. She was the perfect example of a hard worker even after retiring from the Maui Land & Pineapple Cannery in Kahului. At that point, she took on the task to shape future lives by babysitting for many families on Maui and was always in high demand. Despite her busy schedule, she dedicated her life to the Lord through praise, prayer and service…the love of her family with communication, sacrifice and love…and the beauty of nature and flowers with her patience to garden and till the soil. Services will be held on Oahu on May 22’nd at St. Ann Catholic Church in Kane’ohe. Respects may be paid at 9:30am. Services will begin at 11:00am followed by mass at 11:30am. "Honey’s" life will also be celebrated on Maui on May 26th at Christ The King Catholic Church in Kahului. Friends and family are welcome to attend at 9am followed by mass at 11am. "As your mother, I reserve the right to hug you, kiss you, and say that I love you… No matter how old you are!" Arrangements Provided By: Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary |
