The property described in the Mortgage and subject to foreclosure sale is situate on the south side of Kapiolani Boulevard at Kalia, Waikiki, Honolulu, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, having a TMK of (1) 2-7-004-001 CPR 0525 and having the address of 2333 Kapiolani Boulevard, Apt. 3304, Honolulu, Hawaii 96826.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti in her courtroom at First Circuit Court, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on June 26, 2018, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, KARYN A. DOI of LEU OKUDA & DOI whose address is The Merchant House, 222 Merchant Street, Main Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
