FILED, an application alleging intestacy of the above-named decedent who died on July 21, 2015, together with an application by Rana Kaiama, whose address is c/o Frank T. Kanemitsu, Esq., 1132 Bishop Street, Suite 2400, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, praying for the issuance of informal Letters to said Rana Kaiama.
If any interested person has objection to the informal appointment, he may file a petition for formal proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS § 560:3-204.
