All persons having a claim against the Estate of HANAKO N. MIYATA, also known as HANAKO NAKAMURA MIYATA, who died on March 7, 2018, or the Hanako N. Miyata Revocable Living Trust dated August 20, 2011, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to PHYLLIS MIZUSHIMA and HARRY M. MIZUSHIMA, Successor Co-Trustees of the above-named trust, whose address is c/o Ng & Niebling, LLLC, 3604 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96816, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
