aka Sophie K. Makainai, Deceased
All creditors and persons having a claim against the Estate of SOPHIE KEAHILANI MAKAINAI, aka Sophie K. Makainai, and/or the Sophie K. Makainai Trust dated February 5, 1998, are hereby notified that JESSE K. MAKAINAI, JR., and BEATRICE K. MAKAINAI, both whose address is c/o Timothy D. Baltzer, Esq., 700 Bishop Street, Ste.2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, are the duly-appointed Co-Personal Representatives of said Estate, and the duly- appointed Co-Trustees of said Trust, as amended.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named Estate and Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the above-named Trustee of the Trust at the address shown above within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
