The Association of Apartment Owners of Royal Iolani hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 514B-139, Hawaii Revised Statutes, that it intends to sell, donate, or dispose of the following items, which are currently located in the storage room(s) and the lower parking garage of the Royal Iolani condominium project: Miscellaneous household items, unregistered and seemingly abandoned bicycles.

Any person claiming an interest in any of the property described above should immediately contact the General Manager at 581 Kamoku Street Honolulu, HI 96826. The association will sell, donate, or dispose of any of the property described above if it is not claimed within 60 days of the publication of this notice.
