NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Isao Nomachi, a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died on December 19, 2017.

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the trust created under the Isao Nomachi and Koto Nomachi Joint Trust dated August 28, 2001, are hereby notified that Bank of Hawaii, a Hawaii corporation, whose mailing address is Estate Settlement #712, P.O. Box 3170, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96802-3170, is the current and acting Trustee of the Isao Nomachi Survivor’s Trust. Pursuant to statute all creditors of the above-named decedent and Trust are notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Bank of Hawaii, a Hawaii corporation, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
