Pursuant to HRS 560:3-801, all persons having a claim against the estate of NATSUE MORITA, Deceased, or THE KAZUO MORITA TRUST, THE NATSUE MORITA TRUST, and THE MORITA JOINT TRUST all dated 06/18/98 are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to DARYL Y. MORITA c/o 1585 Kapiolani Blvd. #1230, Honolulu, HI 96814 within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred.
