All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Raymond Takashi Okamura (“Estate”) or the Okamura Family Trust declared under unrecorded trust instrument dated December 5, 2011 and amended and restated by First Restated Trust Agreement Re: Okamura Family Trust dated January 16, 2012 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that CSI, Inc. whose address is 1164 Bishop St. # 1505, Honolulu, HI 96813, is serving as successor trustee under the terms of the Trust.

Pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to CSI, Inc., as successor trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
