NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF HELEN S. CHOY, ALSO KNOWN AS HELEN SHULAR CHOY, DECEASED, AND OF HER ESTATE AND OF THE HELEN S. CHOY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED DECEMBER 28, 2006, AS RESTATED

All creditors of the above-named decedent, of the above-named decedent’s estate and of the trust known as the Helen S. Choy Revocable Trust, dated December 28, 2006, as restated (the “Trust”), are hereby notified to present their claims with property vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Edward Y. C. Chun, Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is 999 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
