NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that DAN O’SULLIVAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “ADDITION/ALTERATION TO PENTECOST RESIDENCE” project, located at 935 Noio Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816 (Tax Map Key: (Oahu) 3-5-034-057) in accordance with its contract with Pentecost 2006 Irrevocable Trust, Owner.
