Lynn A. Vogt died on December 10, 2017. This Notice is made by Sharon Baird Smart and Pamela Vogt Thomure, Successor Co-Trustees of the Revocable Trust of Lynn A. Vogt dated May 12, 2004, whose address is c/o John K. Matsumoto, Esq., 733 Bishop Street, Suite 2357, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
All creditors of the above-named decedent, her Trust and/or her estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said Trustees at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
