YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-OPT2, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2 has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 17-1-0062 in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the property located at 208 Koili Ln Kapaa, HI 96746, TMK No. (4) 4-2-006-045, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Kathleen N.A. Watanabe, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit, Puuhonua Kaulike Building, 3970 Kaana Street, Lihue, HI 96766 on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at 1:30 o’clock p.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Steven T. lwamura, of Clay Chapman lwamura Pulice & Nervell, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 700 Bishop St., Ste. 2100, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
