NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Dave Foster Builders, Inc. of that certain New tenant improvement to convert existing shell space to M Retail situated at 2330 Kalakaua Ave., Space 101, Honolulu, Hawaii, TMK: 2-6-022:036, 037, 038, 039, 043, has been completed.
