JASON PANUI Jason Panui born on March 10th, 1964 in Lihue, Kaua’i. Surrounded by family, he went home to be with the Lord on January 26th 2018. Jason was a Kauai boy who lived on Oahu for 10 years before he moved back home, an entrepreneur most recently known as the owner of Lei Petite, inc. in Princeville. He is survived by his children McKenna Panui-Scobie, preceded by son in-law Drew Scobie, Shea (Terence) Tafoya and Brock Niau Panui. Grandchildren Duke Scobie, Drew Kauhi Scobie, Ezekiel Tafoya and ex-wife Pua Panui. Parents James (Carmen) Panui jr. and preceded by mother Augustina Panui. Siblings Daniel (Lynda) Panui, Jamelyn Panui- Shigeta (Galen Shigeta), Leilani (Wayne) Laranio, Montgomery Panui, Cathy (Kenneth) Green, Kelly (Mark) Kawasaki, Scott (Gail) Bukoski, Judith (Kalani) Kelekoma, Christy (Leland) Keale, Frank Kiko (Nadine) Bukoski, and preceded by James Ekolu Panui. Jason Panui was an amazing father, Papa, brother, uncle, boss, and friend. The amount of love and generosity that he had was impeccable.
