An Ex Parte Petition to Appoint Successor Personal Representative, informing the Court of the death of the Court appointed Personal Representative and asking that ELLEN IZAWA, whose address is c/o Rodwin Wong, Attorney at Law, P. 0. Box 240831, Honolulu, Hawaii 96824 be appointed Personal Representative of said Estate has been submitted to this Court.
All interested persons have 30 days from the date of the first publication of this notice to file a response or objection to the petition with the Probate Court of the First Circuit at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even ifthe claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
