NOTICE TO CREDITORS
OF THE CHARLES CHAI REONG PARK SELF TRUSTEED TRUST DATED APRIL 19, 1991, AS AMENDED,
AND THE ESTATE OF CHARLES CHAI REONG PARK, DECEASED.
Charles Chai Reong Park died on February 9, 2018.
All creditors of that certain Charles Chai Reong Park Self Trusteed Trust dated April 19, 1991, as amended ("Trust"), made by Charles Chai Reong Park, as Settler and initial Trustee, and the decedent’ s estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Patricia Frances Park, successor Trustee of the aforesaid Trust, c/o Char Sakamoto Ishii Lum & Ching Attorneys at Law, 841 Bishop Street, Suite 850, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
