All creditors and persons having a claim against May Ching Dement, her estate, or the above-named trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers to Roxanne Okazaki and Henry Dement, Successor Co-Trustees, c/o the address shown below within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or the claims will be forever barred.
