Mueller filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 17-1-1764-10-DEO, First Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, where Plaintiff prays for damages against you. On November 22, 2017, said Complaint was removed to the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, Civil No. CV 17-00571-RLP.

  YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to file an answer to the Complaint or a motion under Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on or before March 26, 2018.
