Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. KCD I LLC and Mr. Joseph Dwight has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) section 11-62-23.1(c)(1).
Mr. Dennis Poma, President, ACSI is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the property that is located at 68-018 Au Street, Waialua, Oahu 96791, TMK (1) 6-8-011: 068.
