OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Aspen Builders Inc. of that certain Regal Theater remodel and installation of luxury seating situated at 46-56 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe 96744, TMK: 4-6-011:001, has been completed.
