CECILY ANN MITCHELL TRUST, DATED MAY 5, 2003, AS AMENDED
CECILY ANN MITCHELL died on November 22, 2017.
All creditors of that certain CECILY ANN MITCHELL TRUST, DATED MAY 5, 2003, AS AMENDED ("Trust"), made by Cecily Ann Mitchell, as Settlor and as initial Trustee, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Michael William Mitchell, Trustee of the aforesaid Trust, c/o Char Sakamoto Ishii Lum & Ching, 841 Bishop Street, Suite 850, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
