OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Nordic PCL Construction, Inc. of that certain New Otani Kaimana Annex Renovation situated at 2863 Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu Hawaii, TMK: 3-1-031:001, has been completed.
